What happened to Hitler's Yacht between 1945 and 1947?

In the autumn of 1946, some of us American GIs were afforded site-seeing trips up the Rhine from the Wiesbaden area aboard a vessel that we were told had previously been the private yacht of Adolf Hitler. Perhaps it was the masted ship called the Ostwind. Could it have been a separate vessel than the famed Ostwind? Where did it dock to receive GI tourists? Did it have more than one regular point of departure and return? Are there any photos of the vessel and its GI passengers?
