What is the order of package tracking for Amazon/UPS?

So I've been looking online and people have been saying (websites) that the first stage is "Departure Scan". Now I'm confused because when I checked my order it first started at "In Transit" then it went to "Arrival Scan" then it is now "Departure Scan". According to some sources, my order has been shipped out of order -____-. So I'm confused. Is my package coming anytime soon? Because tracking isn't helping.
