Is our friendship over for good now?

I have known my best friend since i was in year 3 ( so nearly nine years ). But since shes got this new fella in her life, shes stopped inviting me to go out places with her. and if she did she brought the boy with her. Shes forever ditching her mates for him. Is she doing the right thing here by ditching her mates for him. And is our friendship over now?:(
