Whats your experiences travelling with a buggy in airports esp in the UK?
Hi, I work at one of the airports, and all airlines allow you to take the buggy all the way through departures, up to the boarding gates, where you will need to collapse the buggy, minus the baby of course, and the loaders will then take it and put it in the hold of the aircraft once everyone is onboard the aircraft. Nothing to worry about. The check in agent will ask you if you wish to check the buggy in straight away or take it to the gate - always take the buggy to the gate, just in case there are any delays. Nothing worse than a tired child + a delay. Enjoy your journey!
