Whys my puppy spitting out water with mucus?

My nine week old puppy, is spitting out what looks to be water with foam mucus from her mouth. idk why this is happening it began today and she has her first shots, what could it be? And i can hear her little tummy grumble, did she eat something she wasnt supposed to? what happened? any home remedies please!
