China Air Post Tracking?

Any one ever ordered from China?. I was given a tracking number and every time I track the package, it says departure from outward office of exchange in Shenzen, China. It's been over 3 weeks and it's never changed. I tried a new website for the tracking and it says the tracking number has expired :s . Can anyone help? I need to know where it is or even a contact number for china post. The tracking number is: RR899931474CN
