What are some affordable boutique in or near Manhattan?

Please don't recommend Forever 21, Daffy's, H&M, Century 21, Bloomingdales, Macy's, Nordstroms, Abercrombie, Juicy Couture, Hollister, or Victoria's Secret. Only small "SoHo" type boutiques or boutiques actually in SoHo. Thanks!
