Do u think she loves me?

i fell in love with a girl since high school, we were pretty close friend but the fact is that during that time i wasn`t able to confess her my love. fortunately i was brave enough to tell her my love during summer time precisely after our graduation from high school. when i first told her my feeling she was like " i love u too" some days later i called her and surprisingly she told me that she has already a boyfriend that she can`t be with me. after hearing that i was so depressed in a such point that i stopped asking for her news. following that she texted me saying that " why u don`t even bother asking about me what did i do to u to deserve such a silence from u" i was quite surprised she went as far as claiming that i met another girl that`s why. another fact is that i was scheduled to travel to england in order to pursue my schooling, before my departure i warned her that i was leaving i could obviously noticed that she was sad. the fact is that i don`t get her whenever she doesn`t hear from me she starts thinking that im with another girl. even if i was with another girl the fact is that she has someone why does she feel bad about it. the truth i love her madly i can`t think of someone else but her. i wish i could forget her. im pretty sure she`s gonna be married by the time i`m back, i don`t trust her. what do u think? thanks for your advises, PS : girls views but it doesn`t mean that boys views don`t matter. thks
