I Think My Dog Twisted Her Ankle?

My dad was throwing the tennis ball for her on the grass and it looked like she tripped and fell. She got and wasn't crying or anything but has a limp. We took her inside so she could rest on her bed. Its her front left ankle that's bothering her and she a nine year old Labrador. She is about ten pounds over weight. What should we do?
