My trip to Egypt, Yay or Nay?!?

So, I am 20 years old and I met this guy who is 23! We skype almost everyday! The problem is I live in the states and he lives in Egypt. We want to get married but not at this time for family reasons not accepting our nationalities but were both Muslim. I am Latina and obviously he is Egyptian lol :P My point is I bought my ticket and got my passport and I am going to stay with this married couple he knows, who are actually americans but moved over their for their jobs! September is my departure but I want to go but sometimes I feel like I need to do this for me. I am a risker!! Am I making a big mistake?
