Any thoughts on a congested kitten?

I have a nine week old kitten who has been sneezing quite a bit. He's acting normal (as far as I can tell I've only had him two days) he eats, drinks, uses the litter box and plays, but the only problem is he sounds somewhat congested and sneezes very often. This morning he had a little fit of sneezing and sounded really mucasy, then I noticed he'd sneezed some blood. It's only happened that time, for a few sneezes. I have an appointment with the vet this afternoon but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts.
