What is there to do in nyc for 18 year olds?

I live about 30 minutes outside the city, and I've done most things (tourist sites, chinatown, soho, etc.) what else is there to do?

Take a look at City Maps. It's a virtualNYC Map that will give you all sorts of ideas.. it shows the city block by block. Pretty cool, good luck
