Can you gain muscle with a diet of only 90 grams of protien a day?

I'm a 13 year old boy, 6'2, and I have a rather "scrawny appearance", if you will. For the past nine months I've been going to a gym with a personal trainer two to three times a week, and my measurements barely changed. My diet on average consists of about 90-100 grams of protien a day, and I'm beginning to question if that's an adequate amount. My trainer told me that I should eat about 1.5 times my body weight, which is about 220 grams of protien a day, and I simply don't have enough food to make up for that amount. I also used to be dehydrated for the first 8 months of my training because I used to neglect my "daily water intake". Could dehydration be the problem, or not enough protien? Will 90 grams of protien daily ever make atleast some subtle changes, now that I'm more hydrated?

No, it has to arrive at your local sorting facility so that they can put it on a delivery truck. They only do that once a day unless it's a Sonic Air package. Before it reaches the sorting facility it is in a semi truck. Yes, most likely. Female cats are aggressive to male cats mostly during mating season, when they will be more guarded. But on some occasions, it doesn't work. I have a friend who has two cats, one male one female, and a similar situation. However, once she got the male neutered, they continued to fight. Since they range so much in age, and you've had Izzy longer than Jack, it's because Izzy isn't happy that another cat is in her territory. Agreements signed on my family's story had expired without extensions being added.?

I have sent a formal letter to the filmmakers withdrawing the agreement but they say they still have the rights to the story and will continue with the project. My concern is that they are using my story without a valid agreement. The agreement was signed in 1996 to produce a documentary film but nothing has been done since. There is no sight of a completion date. The agreement has expired on three occasions and had not been extended. When I complained that it was taking too long to make the film they agreed to add an addendum stating that If the film was not completed within nine months of signing date that I would have the right to contact other filmmakers interested in the project. But they have now said that I cannot do this as it would complicate the work they have already done even though they had agreed I could. They have said on one occasion that if I didn't cooperate with them they would continue with the project and that I would not be paid any money when the film was completed. I don't understand why they did not extend the agreement when it had expired.I have correspondence and agreements and would be thankful for some help in checking these. But this isn't a record company. You record for them, and you sign away the rights to your own songs, but you pay THEM for it to happen. Do you get any creative control over to what happens to your music once it's been recorded? How come their website lists zero upcoming events, even though they're supposedly promoting all of these young artists? I'm not saying it's totally a scam--it could just be a new company that doesn't really know what they're doing. Either way, you need to read any kind of paperwork, you need to ask what they're going to be doing to promote you, and you need to find out how this company is making money if they aren't a record company. A few days after I got there, I started bleeding off and on. This continued even after I got home. You can see the Empire State building, Time Square, Grand central station and St. Pats, in that order on the same day depending on how long you stay at each site. There are very long lines for the ES building, and grand central station is nothing special. The Brooklyn bridge is not near any of the above attractions and the statue of liberty takes forever to get to (traveling by ferry) you also spend about an hour just climbing stairs once your actually in the monument.

I felt that the message was there but smoothness isn't. When I write a poem I do it one line at a time and not about the whole thing and just let the words flow. If I think of a line that I think has potential I write it down and try to work with it. If i have two ryhiming lines I read them several times to see if there is flow, if not I try something else. My preferred ryhme scheme AABB. When I write a poem in ABAB I write the A lines first then the B lines. Maybe try that? Hope this helped

Times Square is at 42 street and Broadway (the subway stop is at least) and SoHo is around Spring and Broadway, which is right near Chinatown, which is (centered) at Canal Street and Broadway. You should definitely take the subway from Times Square ($2 per ride with metrocard, but they have like day passes and stuff I don't know how much those are) and take the N/Q/R/W downtown to Canal Street stop. Then you'll be in Chinatown at Canal Street. Then you can walk up to SoHo along Broadway. It hurts my masculinity a little to know this, but there's this store Girlprops on prince (maybe spring--one block up) west of Broadway that has a bunch of stuff (like props). My friend got a fake Afro there once...good stuff. anyway, have fun. Oh yea Times Square to SoHo/Chinatown is between 2-3 miles

Strange problem with my snake?

Iv had my red tail boa for nine moths and sincd I bought her she has never been active or a good eater, she used to be freindly at least but not anymore, in the past few months I've noticed her bones we're petuding on her sides in a few places. I took her to a reptile expert he suggested she was just doing it herself because they seemed to go away when she changed positions, now she is bony every where and when she bends her bones pop and crackle like popping nuckles., I used to just feel it but now I they are audible, if I give her body a slighr pul and bend I can feel be bones poping all the way down, this seems to give her more mobility. She doesn't seem to bend normaly or have much control until I assist her in popping. I took her to the leasding reptile vet in the area and he didn't know what to tell me, we did blood test but they we're unconclusive. We're fifteen. Been dating nine months. Generally, we hang out three times a week. We go to thE movies all the time. While it's fun.. It's getting expensive. The mall.. And boy, are we bored after the movie or show is over.. We rarely come to my house as we get less privacy than at his. We would just sit and talk.. Hello, I am having some odd symptoms such as sore breasts, slight period like cramps, headaches, and fatigue. I think these may be early pregnancy symptoms but I am not sure. I have been taking the birth control sprintex for two years and never had these symptoms form it. PMS usually dose not effect me in-till 3 days before my period and its a week away right now. I am worried I could be pregnant because I was nine hours late on a pill two weeks ago. I really want to know whats going on and why I am having these symptoms.... I took a test but it said negative but I was reading the back of it and it said that its only 50% accurate 5 days before the missed period but mine is 7 days away so I am not sure. So I posted this review of this local business online. The next day the owner calls me, threatening me. Calling me names, telling me "You finished this and I'm going to end it". When i told her to get lost after she told me to take down the review. This woman is whack. She owners a dog rescue, but she's not in it for the animals. Charging 400 dollars for a mutt. And then later she got the review removed. Somehow. I tried emailing the review company but nothing came about. When I posted there was 16 negative reviews and now there is nine. Later I found out that according to public domain, just a month ago she was charged with six counts of failure to keep a sanitary and humane kennel. If I posted that on a new review, is that at all slanderous? It's from court dockets, that have the charges. I want to stay within the law, while still not letting her win. Is it illegal to use court dockets against anyone like this? Any input?

Sunburn blisters help?

Last Friday afternoon I got a horrible sunburn on my back, by Saturday night I had two pretty big patches of blisters below each shoulder. One got very big and I repeatedly drained it to keep it small. Now today (Tuesday), those blisters are definitely starting to go away and the redness on my skin is fading. I even started to peel. I had a family member help me peel it, but it was itching so we rubbed some lotion on. About nine hours later, I pulled off my shirt and I have smaller, whiter blisters on the top outside part of my arm and below the original patches of blisters. I popped two or three of the bigger ones and they were had clear liquid in them. Could these be a reaction to the lotion or are they another part of the sunburn? How long should I expect them to be around? Thanks!

I'm joining army cadets soon and I'm out of shape due to many different things. How can I get fit fast? I want to increase strength too but it seems to be taking forever in the gum and I'm not getting much muscle? Im not asking to be hench just strong and fit? I have a lot of time off now for nine weeks but I'm joining cadets in a week. Sure I won't be fit for then but I won't need fitness right away. How can i make some great plot twists in my fantasy story?

I'm now wiriting my fantasy story and i was struggling on how to add some plot twists to it. Like for example, i had one of my main characters depart from my protagonist's group in order to search for the leader of the Hakeron Clan( in case my story is going to be a sequel) and the protagonist and his group are on their own, but however i tried to add some mystery to the character's departure, but i've keep messing up. Writing as a "neutral" who has never lived in Handsworth but has worked there, my advice is quite simple. If you must visit Soho House go there during daytime. Many older Brummies (and I am not Birmingham born but have lived here since 1958) feel that certain areas of their city have been taken over by members of the ethnic minority community who are now in the majority. I think you should talk to him and tell him how much his behaviour is upsettig you. I understand how frustrating OCD can be; I have it myself- i constantly wash my hands, have to check things various times and i overthink things so much to the point it drives me insane. i know many other people who had OCD, all in different forms for instance my mother has OCD about cleaning and tidiness and it pisses me off so much!! I think everyone has OCD, but in different forms. I think you should talk to him, tell him how upset you are and maybe suggest he go to cognitive behavioural therapy for his OCD, I havent tried it, but I hear it helps. Why won't my dog eat?

Okay my dog Paddy (he's a boy) he won't eat his dog food every other time give it to him, but today i found him nibbling at the soft and wet food. But when I poured our the wet food and put in crunchy fresh food he walked away. He is about 10 or nine months and 47lbs. My mom thinks he's teething but i don't know. He is going to the vet Friday. Preferably a job lined up before you go...or some other form of definite possibilities (new country does not want you as a "load". Apartments you can look for on the web for the city you are going to. And you must be prepared for a ton of cultural change. it is a good thing to read read about the country you are going to.

Sunburn blisters help?

Last Friday afternoon I got a horrible sunburn on my back, by Saturday night I had two pretty big patches of blisters below each shoulder. One got very big and I repeatedly drained it to keep it small. Now today (Tuesday), those blisters are definitely starting to go away and the redness on my skin is fading. I even started to peel. I had a family member help me peel it, but it was itching so we rubbed some lotion on. About nine hours later, I pulled off my shirt and I have smaller, whiter blisters on the top outside part of my arm and below the original patches of blisters. I popped two or three of the bigger ones and they were had clear liquid in them. Could these be a reaction to the lotion or are they another part of the sunburn? How long should I expect them to be around? Thanks!

I have a nine week old kitten who has been sneezing quite a bit. He's acting normal (as far as I can tell I've only had him two days) he eats, drinks, uses the litter box and plays, but the only problem is he sounds somewhat congested and sneezes very often. This morning he had a little fit of sneezing and sounded really mucasy, then I noticed he'd sneezed some blood. It's only happened that time, for a few sneezes. I'm 22 and had been with my ex girlfriend since 14 up until last year. She was my world, I treated like a princess and things were great up until I screwed up. My parents never liked her and thought that too much of my life revolved around her. I'd never even listened to them about her until we had this really stupid fight. I didn't understand. I begged her to talk to me but she wouldn't. I heard around that she was pregnant by another guy. I was so pissed off. I mean, I'd never been that angry before. I confronted her best friend and she said it was true. At this point, she was about 5 months pregnant. I asked her if their was any chance the baby was mine and she said no, but I didn't believe her because we had broke up about 5.5 months before that. I kept asking her if the baby was mine and she told me to leave her alone and then I told her that I'll take her to court because she wasn't telling me anything and she told me that she slept with a childhood friend 3 weeks after we broke up. I was so depressed. She's the love of my life and she was having another guy's baby. I can't describe how painful that is. I asked her if she wanted to be with him and she said she didn't know. She had the baby 2 months ago. They're not together, but he is around for the baby. I told her I still loved her and she said I hurt her. I know some of you are going to say I'm stupid and just find another woman, but I don't want anybody but her. I don't care that she has a child with someone else. I'm willing to accept the baby and this other guy. I just want to be with her again. I know the guy wants to be with her, but I'm pretty sure she doesn't want to be him. I love her so much. I quit my job, can I still get unemployment?

I was suppose to be layoff in August of 2010 but that was postponed until November 2010, which was delayed until January of 2011, and finally set for April 18 of 2011. In the mean time I made plans to relocate but delayed my departure to accommodate my employer and to be eligible for unemployment. However April 18 date came and went with no specific date but talk of an additional 90 days before layoffs would take effect. Without a specific date and with no confidence in the layoff to be completed in 90 days, I resigned and will be moving. My Controller and other friends suggested I still should apply for unemployment. Do you think I have a chance to still collect? I do have a paperwork with the original date and a copy of an emails explaining delays in layoffs as evidence. Thanks

Nyc mega chain-stores when did it start?

New York City is still the same great city it's always been however as the years progress it seems as if the "weirdos" and over all edge and funkiness of the city have been decreasing. Now I'm not saying having "wierdos" around all the time is a good thing, but it does a huge portion of NYC it's fame. However it's not only the eccentric people the give New York(or Manhatten for that matter) it's overall vibe but the specialness of each individual neighborhood. Don't get me wrong It's great having high-end stores and some chain-stores, but this used to only be in certain centralized areas such as Uptown Manhatten. I've been to Soho and the Meatpacking District this week and I've been seeing American Apparel's and Urban Outfitters everywhere and I fear it'll close in on the lower east-side and other areas sooner or later. I've been five times almost the whole middle portion of the 2000s I haven't been. So just wondering when did all the commercialization start in the Big Apple?

AA.com Seating Assignment Problem?

I have had my confirmed seats for my flight around two months now, but ever since our flight was booked out it has said " We apologize we are unable to pre-assign seats for your reservation. Please check back on AA.com or obtain your seat assignment(s) at the airport on day of departure." On the flight map it shows only one available seat on our flight. Our itinerary still shows that we have our confirmed seats still though. Does this just mean that we are unable to change seats? Or is there a problem with my seating assignment?

Relationship issue, need help?

My girlfriend has been very depressed lately and right now my only form of communication with her is through the internet. When she gets like this- let me rephrase this- every time we communicate we end up sharing her bad feelings her bad sorrows and I empathize, but being as suicadal as she is empathy is not what she is looking for. She believes she needs love but I wonder if she is ready for it she still talks about her ex with me.She won't accept that the whole world realizes she still has feelings for her she just won't admit it (we are both females by the way) If i say love to her she will get sexual in a snap which is not exactly what I wan't infact it seems our whole relationship has been based on sex and now that I am so far away-She doesn't understand that I just want to get to know her right now and I thought the space would help but I suppose it didn't.
