Shadow clones in Nine Tails Chakra Mode ?

I thought Killer Bee told Naruto that he could not use Shadow clones in Nine Tails Chakra Mode because while he is using the fox's chakra the fox is using Naruto's chakra and he would die quickly from using the shadow clones that way? But in manga ch. 545 he used multiple shadow clones in that mode to go to war. How is this possible?
